We have now secured a new allotment.
The members of Newry U3A Garden Club are pleased to announce that a new site for the clubs activities has been secured at the Southern Regional College, Greenbank, Newry.
On behalf of the members we wish to thank all those members of Newry U3A who responded to our appeal for help in trying to find a site - we truly appreciate all your support in either offering us a site or referring us to others who had land available - to you all a sincere thank you.
Although a little later than we would like our activities and summer planting will resume at the new site on Tuesday 24th May and will offer members an opportunity to grow fresh vegetables and flowers so if you're interested in joining the group do come along -all U3A members welcome.
